We welcome kiddos, however there is only a queen bed available in each cabin - We have had families get cozy and enjoy their stay! You are welcome to bring a tent for outside or a small air mattress (only a single, camping-style pad will fit). Another thing to note is the wood stove inside, which may be a hazard for babies/little ones.

Dogs are allowed if you please give us a heads-up beforehand. Visiting dogs must be very well-behaved and stay near you at all times. They can go off-leash and run around if they will stay close by :) We have many animals on the ranch, as well as barbed wire fences, and we want them to stay safe!

Yes! We have starlink wifi and guests have used it for calls without complaint. The wifi at the Melissa cabin is slightly stronger since the main router is there; the Oakes has the extension.

Yes! The pond with the sauna has plenty of fish, including some bass. Catch and release is welcome
